I have a new laptop and downloaded the new outlook email and now I am not receiving emails. I also can't send emails. ??
As mentioned above, not receiving emails or sending emails. I have the same network and internet, same email address as my previous laptop. Would the same email address be the problem?? Thanks for any advise.
