Whenever there's an update, I can't sign into Microsoft 365 on my Mac.
I prefer to use a password or have the code emailed to me and choose 'sign in another way'. After I enter the code or password, I get this error message.

I cannot activate my microsoft office account even though other people on my plan can access it
I need to talk to a Microsoft representative to figure out how to activate my account on my mac. Each time I try to sign in and go through the normal steps it does not work and I cannot get through to an actual person when I call microsoft help line.
