Microsoft 365 products are region/country restricted, so you can run into this issue.
In order for me to provide you with appropriate suggestions, can you clarify a few things please?
- Are you just visiting the US right now and you will be back to Canada soon? Or have you relocated to the US?
- This subscription was originally signed up in Canada, right?
- If you go to your profile https://account.live.com > Your info, what country is currenty listed?
