前 IT 管理員離職後，因 MFA 導致無法存取管理員帳戶
目前我無法存取該管理員帳戶，因為負責管理該帳戶的前 IT 管理員已離職，且我無法使用該帳戶先前註冊的多因素認證（MFA）方式。 因此，我無法完成登入所需的 MFA 驗證。 我現在是該組織唯一的管理員，因此沒有其他管理員帳戶可以重置 MFA 設定或添加新的認證方式。 能否請教一下針對這種情況的正確恢復流程，以及我該如何重新獲得該管理員帳戶的存取權限？

無法存取系統管理員帳號
我們公司系統管理員離職前未交接帳號密碼，導致365到期未能進管理中心刷卡續購，現已無法收到信件。公司試圖新購帳號，卻無法延用原公司網域信箱地址(因已被原購帳號使用中)，導致無法使用原本的公司信箱發送信件，造成非常大的困擾！
