I am being charged for Microsoft 365 Business Basic.

I cannot find this subscription under my personal Microsoft account.

I do not remember creating any work or school account.

I have the renewal email and the Tenant ID.

Please help me locate the tenant, cancel the subscription, and stop future charges.
