Mistakenly removed authenticator app from signing to my Rotary Club's Teams account, now can't get back in. How can I get past this issue? Not getting a code to authenticator on my phone.

unable to change default business email address to business domain

have a default microsoft email address. want to change it to the domain i bought. Have added the domain and the domain is healthy. when i change it it let's me select it and click done but then throws an error upon saving and logs me out?
