Direct Planner to Power BI Data Connection

Please provide a native Power BI connector for Microsoft Planner.

Planner already provides an excellent manual Export to Excel function with detailed task, bucket, assignment, label, checklist, status, date, and other reporting data.

We need the same dataset to be available directly and automatically in Power BI.

The ideal solution would be:

Microsoft Planner → Power BI → Select Plan → Load Data → Scheduled Refresh

without Power Automate, manual Excel exports, or task-by-task API processing.

This would enable organizations to build automated and near real-time Planner dashboards, analytics, auditing, and operational reporting.

    Hi @Ugurcan Degirmenci

I understand that you would like to connect Microsoft Planner directly to Power BI, allowing you to select a plan, import its task data, and configure scheduled refreshes without relying on Power Automate, manual Excel exports, or custom API integrations.

Based on my research, Microsoft Planner currently does not provide a native Power BI connector that supports direct plan selection and automatic data refresh.

Since this appears to be a product enhancement request, I recommend submitting your feedback through the Microsoft Feedback Portal, where the product team can review and consider it for future improvements.

    Best regards,
