Hi Nikolay,
Thanks for reaching out. If OneDrive Personal Vault is empty on iPhone but works fine on web and desktop versions, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Sign out and sign back in to the OneDrive app on your iPhone to refresh the account connection.
- Check your network connection by switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, as slow or unstable internet can prevent files from loading in the app.
- Force close and restart the OneDrive app by swiping up from the bottom of the screen and closing the app, then reopening it.
- Update the OneDrive app by going to the App Store > Search OneDrive > Update if an update is available.
- Ensure Face ID or PIN unlock is enabled for Personal Vault. Open OneDrive, go to Settings > Personal Vault, and ensure authentication is properly set up.
- Reinstall the OneDrive app by deleting it from your iPhone, reinstalling it from the App Store, and signing back in.
- Check iOS Storage Settings by going to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > OneDrive and ensuring the app has enough space to display your files.
- Reset OneDrive on iPhone by going to OneDrive Settings > Advanced > Reset OneDrive and then logging back in.
I hope these steps help you access your Personal Vault files on your iPhone. Let me know if you need further assistance.
Best regards,
Tommy
