restauration du système windows 10

Bonjour,

La restauration du système avec Windows 10 de mon ordinateur n'aboutit pas. J'obtiens systématiquement qu'il n'a pas été possible d'accéder à un fichier. On me demande de désactiver temporairement l'anti virus. Malgré cela cela ne fonctionne pas. J'ai essayé de restaurer en mode sans échec. Cela n'y change rien.

Bonjour Guillaume , 

Si tu peux crée un autre post pour ce pb de navigateur comme ça tu auras plus de chance d'avoir des réponses.

Par ailleurs si tu as des soucis avec l'installation il y a toujours moyen de réparer sans perte de données par le démarrage du set up exe de la clé w10 ou de l'ISO d'un PC qui démarre (si le PC ne démarre pas on ne peut pas effectuer cette réparation sans perte de données )

Pour info surtout n'installe pas Avast on a de très gros soucis avec les PC d'une foule d'utilisateurs qui se retrouvent en galère à cause de ça (tu peux consulter les posts concernant le rollback par ex et voir les autres post concernant les PC devenus inutilisables)

Tu n'as pas mis l'espace dans la commande après sfc,  fais un copié collé .

    Re, 

    est ce que tu as désinstallé complètement ton anti virus tiers ? Fais le avec son outil dédié (voir le site de l'éditeur)

    Vérifie que tu as bien saisis les commandes donc que ce n'est pas une erreur de frappe si dism échoue .

    Ressaies d'après le tutoriel Microsoft https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system 

    Ensuite :

    -Fais une sauvegarde de tes données (fichiers ,doc, clés logiciels éventuellement) et fais une clé USB d'installation W10 voir créer un support d'installation pour un autre PC https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows10 car si il faut réinstaller ou réinitialiser ou réparer c'est indispensable.

    -On va voir si ton disque n'a pas de secteurs endommagés : en commande administrateur tapes chkdsk C: /F /R 

    (C etant la lettre du lecteur ou Windows est installé) . Tu vas avoir ce message 

    Chkdsk n'a pas pu s'exécuter car le volume est utilisé par un autre processus. Chkdsk pourra s'exécuter après que ce volume soit démonté. LES DESCRIPTEURS OUVERTS SUR CE VOLUME NE SERONT PLUS VALIDES. Voulez-vous forcer le démontage de ce volume ? (O/N)".

    Tu clique sur la touche O et tu redémarres le PC . C'est un peu long suivant le disque . 

    Surtout n'interrompts pas le processus

    En préalable je confirme que j'ai bien la Version 1709  (version du système d'exploitation: 16299.309)

    Par ailleurs, j'avais oublié d'indiquer au départ ce signalement "Une erreur indéterminée s'est produite durand la restauration. (0x80070005)"

    Le Crabe note Erreur : 0x800f081. or pour mon cas c'est l'erreur 87... je continue quand même le processus qu'il préconise?

    Bon donc tu vas essayer avec DISM de réparer Windows suivant ce tutoriel https://lecrabeinfo.net/reparer-image-de-windows-10-dism.html . Puisque tu as effectué le sfc /scannow tu vas passer directement à la partie DISM du tutoriel (tu peux copier coller les commandes nécessaires)

    Note bien les messages et poursuis autant que tu peux la réparation . Prévois aussi de récupérer l'ISO W10 de ta version (32 ou 64b) de Windows voir utilisation de l'outil pour créer un support pour un autre PC https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows10
