Blank word document on iphone

I recently opened a document on my Iphone, only to find it blank. I am able to use the read aloud function in Word on my phone with the blank document. When I open the same document on my computer, I can see everything. How can I fix this?

Error Message “0x0 Retry Later”.

Running OSCatalina 10.15.8. Office 365 has stopped working. I have tried updating. Nothing loads. I get error code 0x0 and no solutions other than Retry Later. Frustrating.
