Can't redeem points and support hasn't responded in a month

I haven't been able to redeem my points for about 2 months now and I've reached out to support awhile ago just to get no response. It's been over a month and I still haven't gotten any updates. I've followed up on my emails and don't know what to do. Anyone know what to do?? Edit: forgot to add that this is the message that shows up when I try to redeem an Amazon reward: "On the go? You're previewing a catalog item that you're not eligible to redeem due to region or other restrictions." I've followed up twice and have gotten 0 responses.

At this point, the only supported next step is to contact Microsoft Rewards Support again for a follow-up. For account restrictions, missing redemptions, or redemption issues that persist for weeks, Rewards Support is the team that can investigate.

    What can be done now:

    1. Check the Rewards Order history page to confirm the current status of the redemption.
    2. Check the inbox, junk, and spam folders for any reply from Rewards Support or a confirmation email.
    3. If there has been no reply for over a month, submit a follow-up through Microsoft Rewards Support: https://rewards.bing.com/support
    4. Avoid submitting multiple tickets repeatedly, because that may reset the queue position and delay a response.

If the issue is specifically with redemption, also verify these common blockers before submitting the follow-up:

    • wrong verification code entered
    • too many failed phone verification attempts, which requires waiting 48 hours before trying again
    • phone number already used across too many Rewards accounts, with a maximum of 6 accounts per household on one phone number
    • use of a VoIP number instead of a mobile or landline number
    • redeeming while traveling or redeeming outside the account’s home region
    • use of a VPN or proxy
