Hello, my account has recently been flagged or blocked from microsoft rewards because of suspicious activity because I logged my account on two devices which is on my phone and on my laptop. I did that because I just followed the task for microsoft points which is to search using microsoft edge/bing on a laptop and phone. I really dont understand what was the point of that.. like if ur gonna ban me because my account was active on two devices, then why make a task dedicated to it? I dont understand.

I appealed like 3 days ago TWO times and explained my side clearly, and I never got a reply back, despite them saying that they'll reply in less than 24 hours. 😑 Now I cant contact them again because it wont let me. All of the things required to fill out are gray, and so is the submit button so I cant click anything. So now I dont know how im gonna get my account unflagged from microsoft rewards. I just wanted to gain points, I didnt know that logging an account on two devices wasnt allowed. Please help me :( Thank you.

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Based on your description, there may be a different reason as to why your Rewards account got restricted, as it is not a violation to sign in to your Rewards account on your mobile and laptop devices to earn reward points.

I'm afraid the only way to fix this is to contact Microsoft Rewards Support, as they are the only ones who are capable of investigating this, and the only way to contact them is through their Rewards Support link: https://rewards.bing.com/support

Since you have already contacted Microsoft Rewards Support, it may take a while for them to reply, at least weeks or a month, due to the high volume of support requests they receive daily.

Please check your email inbox, junk, and spam folders from time to time.

If you haven't received a reply for over a month and you still can't submit another support request, it is possible that your Rewards account is permanently suspended.

Lastly, since you mentioned that you have submitted two tickets already, submitting multiple tickets is not recommended, as this may reset your position in the queue and delay a response from the Support.

Thank you for your kindness and understanding! Please let me know if you need anything else.

Best regards,

Darhyl
