Possible workaround for the 10 Accounts Limit

    Notes:

    • I have Windows shortcuts defined for each of my Profiles and a Windows Batch file to open them all at once.
    • I keep my accounts "grouped" in each profile. e.g. All my Personal accounts in one Profile, all by Business accounts in another.
    • Takes a little getting used to, but not a severe hardship.
    • Word to the wise, from personal experience - Once you have everything setup the way you want, make a backup!

    Dear @Three Lakes,

Good day! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!

Based on your description, I understand that you're concerned about the 10 email account limit in the new Outlook app and would like to know whether Microsoft plans to increase this limit in the future.

Based on the information currently available and after reviewing the available Microsoft documentation, multiple discussions on Microsoft Q&A indicate that users currently encounter a maximum of 10 configured accounts in New Outlook. At this time, Microsoft has not published any roadmap or official announcement indicating that this limit will be increased in a future release.

    For references:

A possible workaround is to use multiple Windows user profiles to manage different groups of email accounts

    • Open Settings > Accounts > Family & other users
    • Select Add someone else to this PC
    • Create a new local or Microsoft account
    • Sign in to Windows using the new profile and configure Outlook with a separate set of email accounts

About this workaround: Using separate Windows user profiles allows you to distribute your email accounts across multiple profiles and continue accessing all required mailboxes.

Please note that you would need to switch between Windows profiles to access each set of accounts.

Therefore, the best way to influence product enhancements is to submit feedback directly through Help > Feedback in Outlook.

Thank you for your kindness and understanding!
