Where is a live Customer Service rep?

I don't want to talk to a robot, I don't want to talk to AI, I don't want to talk to some random person. I want to talk with a live Customer Service rep who can walk me through a problem. A Customer Service rep seems to be a vanishing species in the company.

You have posted in Q&A which is a user-to-user discussion forum hosted by Microsoft. You can post your question here and real people will respond. Often, there is also a reply from an AI bot, called "AI answer," but you can reject that reply.

If you want to get in touch with Microsoft support, you have to start with the chat which is available via https://support.microsoft.com/contactus .

In many cases, getting assistance here in Q&A will be quicker, with the caveat that we can't access your account or billing info.

Use Microsoft Support contact options instead of the automated phone flow:

    1. Go to Microsoft Support contact.
    2. In the search box, type Contact Support, Live Chat, or agent support.
    3. Select Contact Support.
    4. Sign in if prompted.
    5. For Product and services, select Windows or the relevant Microsoft 365/Office product.
    6. For Category, select Technical support.
    7. Choose Chat with a support agent in your web browser.

Some support experiences also offer a callback option, depending on product, subscription, region, and business hours.

If the issue is for a business Microsoft 365 environment, use the business support path in Microsoft Support rather than the consumer flow.
