Excel 2019 ไม่แสดง option (ตัวเลือก) สำหรับ negative numbers (จำนวนติดลบ) ทั้งในหมวด Number และหมวด Currency (FORMAT CELLS)

I am sure you're misunderstanding my question.

The problem is at the Microsoft Excel program I have in my computer. It does not show the options for negative numbers when I go to 'Format Cells'. When I'm there I find a blank box instead of 'options to display negative numbers' as it should be.

There is nothing about the 'number format' under Clock and Region section in Control Panel. I've been there to check and fixed it already.

Please try to solve the problem as I never expect this to happen in the genuine pack of Microsoft Office I purchased.
