Windows refuses to change language no matter what I try

Hello so my windows is in swedish but i want everything to be in english.

What i want is to have the display language in english but region in Sweden.

I have tried setting every possible language and keyboard setting to english but settings and everything is still showing in swedish.
Ive changed language for non unicode programs to english and also copied the settings to welcome screen and new user accounts aswell so every possible title namd " display language" is currently in english yet settings and searching in windows is still in swedish.

For example in explorer you can see that its mixed with swedish and english for some reason.

in settings its all in swedish except for windows update.

    So no more bsod? If that's the case, there will not be new mini dmp to review.

    Go to your computer's manufacturer website, make sure you use the OEM driver instead, and also install the chipset driver as well.

    I did uninstall all of the devices etc under the usb in device manager.

    Pc didnt restart but my game froze for a solid 30 seconds 2-3 times each Counter strike 2 match

    With the reinstall, some drivers may not be using the OEM version.

    Did you try to reinstall the USB controllers drivers as we talked about earlier? I just would like to know if it is still happening after that.

    Yes thats correct. The only thing i have connected is Hyperx quadcast. Logitech g pro superlight 2 and g pro TKL lightspeed. Thats all lol

    Havent had this issue before

    Yeah.. looks like it happened when you played Counter-Strike 2? What USB do you have connected then?
