Windows refuses to change language no matter what I try

Hello so my windows is in swedish but i want everything to be in english.

What i want is to have the display language in english but region in Sweden.

I have tried setting every possible language and keyboard setting to english but settings and everything is still showing in swedish.
Ive changed language for non unicode programs to english and also copied the settings to welcome screen and new user accounts aswell so every possible title namd " display language" is currently in english yet settings and searching in windows is still in swedish.

For example in explorer you can see that its mixed with swedish and english for some reason.

in settings its all in swedish except for windows update.

    Did you delete all of the partitions at the step where it asked you where to install?

    i would need help w another thing.
    My pc randomly freezes and instantly reboots after clean installation. Ive tried doing another clean installation but it still persists.

    I see these errors in event viewer.

    Thanks! You have OEM license onboard. so that means you don't have to worry about reactivation. It should automatically pick up the license onboard and activate. You shouldn't be prompted for it during the process .
