Marking text with mouse behaves strange; when marking for example a Word or several Words, the marking disappears before I have time to take action. Not always though; sometimes it stays, often it doesn't. I have tried in File - Advanced - Editing alternatives to remove smart paragraph marking and smart pointing, and Automatic marking of Whole Words,, but that doesn't help. It is very annoying.

The mouse probably is the problem here if wired mouse and touchpad works.
You can try other wireless mouse and see if problem still exist. You may update also your Graphics Driver.

Actually, removing the wireless mouse from Apps, and using an old cabled one, solved the problem to some extent. However the cabled one is inaccurate, and the cursor somewhat lives its own life. Suddenly it moves or scrolls, and is difficult to manoever accurately. Aldo the touch pad is a bit like that, but I thought that was finger trouble. So I am not happy..
I think I have control of the 2-screen thing now, and i don't think it is related. But the marking problems is still there, unless i use the touchpad.
