Le service Client DHCP est désactivé donc pas de connexion.

Fais touches Windows + R et tape services.msc

Va à Client DHCP et essaie de le mettre sur automatique et démarré.

As-tu des messages d'erreur ? Lesquels

Remarque : le service "Pare-feu" ainsi que le service "Moteur de filtrage de base" sont aussi désactivés, est-il possible de les activer dans la liste des services ouverte.

Que s'est-il passé "voici plusieurs jours" au moment de cet arrêt de Internet.

As-tu essayé plein de "trucs et bidouilles" divers et variés ?

Il suffit de trouver un autre PC pour télécharger le programme sur clé USB

et le mettre ensuite sur le PC atteint

Merci de votre réponse. Ce site Microsoft hier était inaccessible, je n'ai pas pu vous répondre.

Je ne comprends pas très bien ce que je dois faire ???

Et n'ayant aucune connexion internet sur l'ordinateur défaillant, je ne peux accéder à aucun site.

Dites moi si une restauration du système est possible et comment dois je procéder. Je n'arrive pas à mettre une date antérieure au problème.
