Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Dear Shane,
As a forum moderator, I am not able to inspect your mailbox or Outlook profile to diagnose and fix this directly. My role here is limited to providing general guidance and solutions that can be applied by users. The message you shared is a synchronization log from the Exchange server. Outlook creates these when a sync step fails, and in many cases they're informational. If Outlook is otherwise sending, receiving and showing your mail normally, the logs may not point to a problem that affects you. To check whether anything needs fixing, could you please share a few more details?
- Is Outlook otherwise working normally, or are any emails, folders or calendar items missing or out of date?
- Does your mailbox look correct in Outlook on the web ?
- Did this start after an Office update, a mailbox migration or a new Outlook profile?
- Is this happening only to you, or to other users in your organization as well?
A screenshot of what you see would also help. Please mask any personal information, such as your name, email address or account details, before posting it. Once you share these details, I will do my best to help you sort this out. Looking forward to your reply.
