MS365 Subscription Upgrade

Initially upgraded from personal to family, now considering an upgrade to full premium subscription but its not letting me do this online. Do i have to allow 24-48 hours to complete additional upgrade?

I was doublebilled via 2 different credit cards. I need a refund, and it STILL keeps telling me I need to renew. WON'T WORK

I was double charged for my 365 subscription. Once on June 2, 2026 through Apple, and once on September 17th through Discover. (and it still keeps telling me I have to renew (not working)). I need a refund.

I have an active MS 365 subscription until May 21, 2027, but can't use service & it keeps asking me to purchase subscription

Charged for two subscriptions

I paid for my subscription and then got a notice to upgrade which I did. My credit card was billed for both the $129 for the subscription and the $139 for the upgrade. I don't need both!!!!!! How do I get a refund for the $129?
