How to fix blue Ctrl key on onscreen keyboard in Dell latitude 3460
My onscreen keyboard is showing blue Ctrl key.please fix this problem it's not removing both Ctrl keys are blue

How to change locked location setting in Windows 10
How to change locked location setting in Windows 10 I went to location settings and it is locked. Even as Administrator I can not change this setting. Some of my apps need to have my exact location, otherwise they don't run correctly.
