Hi all-Thanks for all the help. Unfortunately nothing worked. I ended up with MS support chat for 4 grueling hours trying to fix just one of my pc's. We ended up having to reinstall win11 on all of my PC's. I did not lose any of my files! Just had to reinstall a few apps. But the good news is I can use my office 365 subscription again!!

I think it might be something with your account, if you use the same account on all three computers and the same errors appear.

Have you tried connecting to a mobile network or logging in with an Authenticator?

Have you tested it on your phone? Open your phone's browser and try accessing Office.

Alternatively, try logging in on the web and downloading the Office (MS 365) apps.

It's strange that the problem is happening on three different computers, on different networks. I don't think it's cache, but I'd test it just in case.

It might also be related to your account, as the user mentioned. @MrMiken .

    • Try using your phone's mobile data as previously indicated.
    • Remove your Office account > Restart your PC > Link your account again, but don't use the password. Use another authentication method, such as SMS, email code, or authenticator.
    • Perform a quick repair (or online if that doesn't work) on one of the computers.
    1. Open Windows Settings (Windows + I) > Apps > Installed Apps.
    2. Search for "Microsoft 365" or "Microsoft Office <Year> (2019, 2021)" > Click on the 3 Dots (●●●) > Change > Quick Repair or Online Repair > Repair.
    3. When the repair is complete, restart your computer.
