I have an issue where I renewed my Microsoft 365 Family 2 weeks ago and my onedrive show a total capacity of 5GB instead of 1TB.
I am not able to sync any files from my PC or mobile towards onedrive.
I have contacted microsoft support and reset onedrive, unliked/relinked, uninstalled and reinstalled. Microsoft support is not very responsive so hoping someone can assist here.

Does anybody on this thread have a suggestion as to how to diddle the automatic renewal setting for a Microsoft 365 Family account that was purchased through Amazon? I have the same 5 GB/1 TB issue.
There is a "Cancel Subscription" option on the Amazon Subscriptions page, but that's a little scary and I don't know that it will reset the storage allowance over at Microsoft.
Hi,ErmisAngel
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
I understand that your OneDrive storage is showing incorrect storage space in PC and mobile phones.
Since you've tried many steps on your PC and the storage space remains unchanged, I'm wondering if you've tried sign out your account and logging back in on your mobile device, or uninstalling the software and reinstalling it?
You can try the following actions to troubleshoot network problems:
(1) Use a stable network, e.g., home network, personal hotspot. If you have turned on a web proxy, please turn it off.
(2) Reset proxy server settings
Tap windows+R, type inetcpl.cpl, open Internet Options, click Connections, tap LAN Settings, check whether the Proxy Server column is ticked, if it is, please uncheck it and tap OK, restart your computer after applying it to see if it can solve the problem.
(3) Change DNS
1)Tap windows+R, type ncpa.cpl
Can you please try to create a new local administrator account in PC:
You can create a local administrator account and try to use Microsoft 365 in this account to see if the problem still exists.

If the problem persists, then I recommend that you follow the steps below and contact the dedicated support team:
Please Note: The Chat support team only works at certain times, so if the last window says you are not available, try to open it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.
Thank you for your understanding and patience. I hope your problem is solved successfully.
