E-mail addresses disappear in the New Outlook when I reply or forward an e-mail

I have a problem with the New Outlook when I reply or forward an e-mail. Let me describe how the New Outlook hides e-mail address.

Let's say I receive an email with this structure:

From: Person1 (Person1 email address)

Sent: To: Myself (my email address)

Cc: Person2 (Person2 email address); Person3 (Person3 email address); Person4 (Person4 email address)

When I hit "Reply", "Reply all" or "Forward", the text in the e-mail body which quotes this email is being re-formatted and shows the following:

From: Person1
Sent: To: Myself
Cc: Person2; Person3; Person4

So the New Outlook cuts or hides the e-mail addresses of the Sender and Recipients. The recipients of my email will not be able to reply to specific people in the e-mail thread because the New Outlook hides the addresses. I have tried to reinstall the app and reset the New Outlook settings, but it didn't help.

I logged a ticket through new outlook on March 27th. I provided videos, examples, proof that it works in outlook web, etc immediately. They had me do things like restart outlook, force an update, but of course none of this worked. They proceeded to send me "the product team is looking at it" every few days until Wednesday when they acknowledged it is a bug and promptly closed the ticket. It seems they are finally acknowledging the issue a month and a half later, but I have little faith they will correct it as quickly as they broke it.

This is happening at my company as well, and can be a bad look when we have to call someone back to obtain the address that was dropped due to a bug in new outlook. Please advise us when this is corrected.

    Hi Roger,

    Thanks for your quick reply.

    1. The version of the new Outlook I'm using:

    Microsoft Outlook Version: 1.2025.219.400 (Production)

    Client Version: 20250221002.08

    WebView2 Version: 133.0.3065.82 (Stable)

    1. Confirm that the issue happens to all e-mails. I've tried many from various recipients within and outside of our company.
    2. There was no this registry key in the specified location, so I've created it with 0 value. Restarted the computer. The issue persists.
    3. I'm contacting support currently

Appreciate your help and suggesting possible solutions
