Hello,

One of the user login to Edge using Outlook Web Mail. He gets the below message

I can login with my mail address in EDGE. Same user able to login to Outlook Web Mail using Chrome Browser.

Once mail address entered in the OutlookWebAccess in EDGE the Select Next. It does not prompt to enter the password.

EDGE Browser Histroy is cleared and tried

Please help

I have the same problem. The company I work with assigned me an email in outlook, but I can not open the mail and have been getting this message instead. Kindly help. Thanks.

AmbientAuthenticationInPrivateModesEnabled value is changed from 1 to 0 under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ Software\Policies\Microsoft\Edge which fixed the issue

Issue Symptom:

The mailbox has a license assigned and can successfully sign in to Chrome on the same computer.
And logged in on another computer very well.
Uninstalled EDGE and installed
Then mail works in OWA
But it does not work in InPrivate EDGE Mode. It gives the below message.

I have the same problem! I was updating my browser passwords and I am not able to connect the email to authenticate myself, same error that everyone has!

I guess I have to move this email account to another more stable email
