    Hi, @Emma Tidmore

This is a public forum, and Microsoft Support cannot access or identify the Microsoft account linked to a charge from here.

Since you no longer know which Microsoft account/email or phone number the $9.99 Microsoft 365 Personal subscription is attached to, the fastest way to stop the recurring charge is to contact your bank or card provider and ask them to block the recurring Microsoft charge. If necessary, you can also request a replacement card.

If you still want to contact Microsoft Support, the available option for personal accounts is live chat here:

    https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact

You may need to sign in with any Microsoft account you can access, then choose the billing/subscription options to reach chat support.

If the Microsoft 365 Personal subscription was purchased directly from Microsoft, cancellation requires signing in with the same Microsoft account that bought it. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365 and look for Cancel subscription or Manage. If Turn on recurring billing appears instead, the subscription is already set to expire and no further cancellation is needed.

Since the account, email, or phone number is no longer known, the practical next steps are:

    1. Check old inboxes for Microsoft billing or receipt messages to identify the Microsoft account used for the subscription.
    2. Review the charge details and investigate the billing charge to determine which account may be tied to it.
    3. If the account cannot be recovered, contact the card issuer or bank and ask them to block or stop the recurring charge.
    4. If the subscription was bought through Apple App Store, Google Play, or a third-party retailer, cancellation must be handled with that seller instead of Microsoft.
    5. For direct Microsoft help with account sign-in or billing support, use the Microsoft account help and support contact options.

If the subscription is tied to a work or school account, cancellation must be handled through the organization’s IT admin.
