In outlook notification of Microsoft 365 Personal plan expiry

in outlook there is a noticed that Microsoft 365 Personal plan expiring soon. I don’t recall having a personal plan for outlook. And when I click manage subscription, it says I do not have any subscriptions. Can you help?
