How to fix all docs opening at 94% size

I shut down all MS Office aps, removed dotm and trashed it, reopened Word. All my Word documents continue to open at 94%. This began happening suddenly to all files when previously it was not a problem.

Cannot print word docs on my Mac - am able to print Excel docs

Word 16.113 for macos (27) crashes seconds after opening a large document.

It's an 800 page Word docx, It has always worked with every version for 15 years. Not now. Word reliably crashes. It doesn't crash with a 190 page document. Anyone else?
