So i have and administrate Office 365 family wich i paid 107-108 Euro for last year and i noticed it gone up to 138-139 Euro next billing time is 12/12 2025 and i didn't get any email or sms that it was gonna cost more, why is this ? i know things incease in cost but that is alot.
Another thing i share it with my Girl friend - Daugther - Farther - Mother - Brother, but somehow even tho under my account i still shared with them all my mother was told to reactivate and purchase a new subskription when she used word-excel-outlook app, i had to remove the office 365 familiy app and remove her from shared and reshare it with her to get it work again, reinstalling didn't help without unshare her and reshare her...do anyone know what could have happend?
