[MCT SUPPORT REQUEST] MCT 2026 Active but Visual Studio Benefits Blocked (Order ***)

Hello Microsoft Q&A Team,

I am posting here because the standard Training Support Forum is currently inaccessible. I urgently need a moderator to escalate this ticket to the MCT/Credentials back-end team. My upcoming training classes are strictly impacted!

1. My MCT application and annual fee payment were completed a month ago.
2. Order Number: *** (MCT Store / Pearson VUE).
3. I have already received my official "MCT (2026)" badge via Credly last week, which proves my status is active in Microsoft's database.
4. THE CRITICAL PROBLEM: My account (***@outlook.com) still CANNOT access the Microsoft Download Center . The teaching benefits failed to sync.

Since local phone support cannot handle MCT issues, please kindly route this post to the Credentials/MCT Support team to manually trigger my downloading benefits immediately. Thank you!
