在 Microsoft 365 中用於設定 Office 應用程式、兌換產品金鑰和啟動授權的流程。

Hi, 富強 黃
If the Office key was already redeemed, it normally becomes tied to the Microsoft account used at setup, so the key itself usually cannot be reused like a fresh key. If that MSN/Microsoft account is missing or cannot be signed in to, the main issue is recovering the account, not re-entering the Office key.
Here are some suggestions you can try:
First, open Word or Excel on the computer where Office still works, then go to File > Account. Look for “Belongs to” or the signed-in email address. That may show which Microsoft account the Office license is attached to.
Next, try signing in at Microsoft Services & subscriptions. Use every possible email address, old MSN/Hotmail/Outlook address, phone number, or Skype name that may have been used when Office was first activated.
If the account says it does not exist, use Microsoft’s sign-in helper here: Microsoft account sign-in help. Accounts that have not been used for more than two years may be deleted, and deleted accounts usually cannot be reopened.
If you still have the receipt, product key card, order email, or PC purchase proof, contact Microsoft Support and explain that the Office license was redeemed to an account you can no longer access. It is recommended that you do not buy random “replacement keys” from unofficial sellers, because those keys can be blocked later.
Also, key-finder tools usually are not useful for newer Office versions, since the full key is not normally shown after redemption. The account recovery route is the important one.
