fail to login due to risk management

I have another Microsoft 360 account,i used the password to login the account sucessfully and

then the system need to use the phone validate my identification.but it fail to send the message to me.what can i do?

I checked the phone number matched as well as record.I tried it but still fail.

Just to ask, does the phone number shown on the screen match your current mobile number?

Microsoft sign in security requires verification before account access. If the SMS code does not arrive, you can try these:

• Check the phone number and country code shown on the screen.

• Select Send code again after a few minutes. SMS delivery delay occurs with some carriers.

• Check mobile signal and confirm SMS inbox storage not full.

• Select another verification option on the page such as email or Microsoft Authenticator if listed.

• If verification still fails, use the Microsoft account recovery form https://account.live.com/acsr

so the Microsoft system reviews ownership and restores access.
