Skype 點數還有怎麼退費

Dear Skype Support,

I am writing to request assistance with my Skype account.

Balance: EUR 4.94

I am no longer able to log into Skype, as my account have been migrated to Microsoft Teams. I only use Teams now, and cannot access Skype even via the website.

Could you please help me either:

Refund or transfer my remaining Skype credit

Hi,

Skype is already retired, and the only way to use the subscription or credit is through Skype Dial Pad. You can access it through https://calling.web.skype.com/ or the latest version of Microsoft Teams Free.
