先將擁有者 變更成 Administrators
變更完畢套用後再將 擁有者 變更回 NT SERVICE\TrustedInstaller 確認!
316CDED5-E4AE-4B15-9113-7055D84DCC97 也是同樣這麼做 並新增 LOCAL SERVICE
