Cannot view all certificates using personal account after work account disabled

"My previous certifications were tied to my former employer's work account, which has been deactivated and deleted. I am completely locked out. When I log in with my personal Microsoft Account, my Learn profile is empty and missing all my certification history. I cannot access the portal properly due to endless redirect loops. Please help me locate my MCID and link my credentials to this personal email."
