Microsoft 檔案裝載和同步處理服務。
Hi Derek Ng,
Thank you for clearly explaining your situation. I truly understand how inconvenience this can be, especially when you need access to important OneDrive files and no longer have access to the original email address used for sign-in.
Please note that, as community moderators, we do not have access to customer accounts, billing details, or backend systems, and we’re unable to make changes or open support cases with Microsoft on your behalf. Our role is limited to providing general guidance and clarifying product behavior.
Given that the domain and email account are no longer under your control, recovery options are unfortunately very limited. In a business (work or school) account scenario, access to OneDrive is tied directly to the organization’s tenant and identity management. As a result, once the email and domain are no longer active, any recovery methods become significantly restricted.
If the old company’s tenant and domain still exist, the best course of action would be to contact your former organization’s IT administrator. They may be able to temporarily restore your account or grant access to your OneDrive data. However, this is only feasible if the account and data have not already been deleted as part of their lifecycle or storage management policies.
On the other hand, if the domain has been decommissioned or your account has already been removed and cannot be verified, then access to the OneDrive content may no longer be recoverable. I understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, but it’s important to set expectations clearly given the security and data protection constraints in place.
I hope this provides enough clarity and helps you stay inform with your current situation.
Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.
