macbook air 買了買斷版 卻沒辦法使用

Hi, thanks for reaching out.

May I ask where you bought the buyout version of Microsoft for your MacBook Air, was it from the Microsoft Store or another seller? If it was from Microsoft, please sign in with the same Microsoft account linked to your purchase through this link: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2246882

Click “Investigate charge,” select your payment, and submit it for review so the Microsoft billing team can check your purchase and contact you for any refund or next steps.

我在官網上購買的 但是購買安裝完 卻沒辦法使用
