Hello,

I believe my Microsoft account has been compromised.

My Outlook mailbox is being modified without my actions. Every email is automatically flagged and pinned, and when I reply to any email, the reply draft automatically contains the same unexpected content. Even if I delete it, it appears again in the next reply.

I have already checked:

Inbox rules (no suspicious rules)
Forwarding (disabled)
Third-party app permissions (no suspicious apps)
Security information (no unauthorized recovery methods found)
Sign-in activity and account settings

I suspect there may still be an active session, refresh token, or another server-side authorization that continues to access my mailbox.

Could you please investigate my account for unauthorized server-side access and revoke all active sessions and tokens associated with my account?

Hello, I’m Virginia a fellow Windows user.

Can you still sign in to your account online? If so then I would change your password just in case & turn on 2 factor authentication & use at least 2 authentication methods - say Authenticator app & backup email - remember to save the backup/recovery code shown during setup & to ensure the app is set to backup to the cloud.

For the emails:

Check to see if there are any message rules enabled which are forwarding emails to another address.

Outlook via the web:

Click the cog icon>Email>Rules.
