一款集成的威胁防护解决方案,旨在检测、调查并响应 Microsoft 365 服务中的网络威胁。
Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
Did you check if your phone isn't blocking the texts from unknown numbers?
Do you have any other recovery methods, such as an email address or an Authenticator app, to verify your identity?
- Connect your device to another Wi-Fi network, such as a Mobile Hotspot network, and try resetting your password - https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx
Sometimes, the block might be tied to the specific network you are using, and you may not receive the verification code.
Use a different device or incognito mode and see if you can successfully reset your password.
If you are still having trouble receiving the verification code, you will have to use the account recovery form to recover your account.
Account Recovery form -https://account.live.com/acsr
Remember to use a familiar device from which you've frequently accessed your Microsoft account, as well as a familiar location. Microsoft will review your responses and respond within 24 hours. If you are verified, instructions on how to log back into your account will be sent to you, and if you are not verified, you will need to submit the Account Recovery form again. You can do this up to 2 times every 24 hours.
Important: The account recovery form can only be used if two-step verification isn't turned on.
Let me know if you still need more help.
