To assist you effectively, please confirm if any recent updates were installed. Kindly share a screenshot of your device specifications.
Next, download and run the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit from the Microsoft Store to perform a full device check. Also, ensure your system is up to date via Settings > Windows Update, then restart your device.
Open the Surface App, navigate to Battery & charging, and select Charge to 100%.
