May I know the device you were using? You can try putting the ARC Mouse into paring mode by pressing and hold the bluetooth button until the LED rapidly flash appeared. Then check if you were able to find it.
You may also consider testing other Bluetooth devices such as a different Bluetooth mouse, headset, or keyboard with your computer to determine whether the problem is specific to the ARC Mouse or related to the system's Bluetooth functionality
