在Windows 10 家庭版 22H2 更新安装 KB5028166 (操作系统内部版本号 19045.3208) 补丁后，所有网络适配器（有线&无线）均无法正常工作，疑难解答显示 “Windows 无法自动将IP协议堆栈绑定到网络适配器”；而另一台尚未更新的电脑处在同一网络下正常，重启更新后出现同样问题。尝试重置网络选项无效。

后尝试卸载该累积更新补丁，网络适配器恢复正常工作；再次尝试安装该补丁后，回到前述状态。

此问题已在我的两台运行Win10 家庭版 22H2 的电脑上分别反复尝试复现并验证，确认该补丁的安装是导致问题的唯一直接因素。希望得到帮助，可以配合提供信息以解决问题。

After installing KB5028166 (OS Build 19045.3208) in Windows 10 Home Edition, all network adapters (wired&wireless) experienced exceptions. The troubleshooter displays 'Windows couldn't automatically bind the IP protocol stack to the network adapter'. Network reset cannot solve it.

After uninstalling the update "KB5028166", the network returned to normal. But once installed again, it will return to the previous state.

This issue has been repeatedly tested and verified on two computers running Windows 10 Home Edition. Hope to receive assistance, I can cooperate with the engineer's investigation.

近期推送的8月累积更新补丁KB5029244依旧没有修复7月累积更新补丁KB5028166遗留的断网BUG，从系统反馈页面反馈了一个月了，微软官方依然没有任何答复，请社区工作人员想办法跟领导反馈一下，重视这个问题，我身边已经有太多人因为断网BUG去电脑店重装系统了。

在适配器选项里面选择有线以太网或无线WLAN，右键属性把network lightweight filter勾选的去掉就可以重新上网了。应该是补丁安全协议有冲突。

你好，这个KB5028166绝对有问题，不止我和上面这位用户，我身边所有朋友，只要更新了KB5028166的人，都没办法上网，唯一的解决办法只能卸载KB5028166，希望你们立即停止这个更新的推送，寻找解决办法修复BUG再推送更新新版本补丁！
