我准备发布一款扩展, 根据文档来到了edge开发账号注册页面, 在填写了所有信息后点击了提交按钮, 几秒钟后, 画面一闪后还是停留在这个页面, 也没有给出任何提示或错误信息, 我不知道发生了什么. 最近几天,我尝试注册了大概10次, 每次结果都是这样的.我刚才尝试过用美国地址注册,也是这样. 我也不知道如何能进到下一步. 请问如何能完成注册?

    I am reaching out regarding an issue with submitting a support request for Microsoft Edge. While attempting to complete the process on the "Create a New Support Request" page, I encountered the following obstacles:

    1. After filling out all the required fields, including the product family, product version, issue category, and problem description, the system displayed the error message:

    "We encountered an issue while retrieving your data. Please click here to try again or call in your support request."

    1. Additionally, at the bottom of the page, there is another message stating:

    "The current region or country does not have support plans available for purchase."
