无法完成发布扩展前的edge开发账号注册问题

我准备发布一款扩展, 根据文档来到了edge开发账号注册页面, 在填写了所有信息后点击了提交按钮, 几秒钟后, 画面一闪后还是停留在这个页面, 也没有给出任何提示或错误信息, 我不知道发生了什么. 最近几天,我尝试注册了大概10次, 每次结果都是这样的.我刚才尝试过用美国地址注册,也是这样. 我也不知道如何能进到下一步. 请问如何能完成注册?

微软是真逆天，谷歌的两分钟完事，它微软跟喝了阿三的恒河水一样恶心，无论如何就是注册失败，NM失败就失败吧，也不说为啥，就一个错误码，搜遍全球互联网都不知道这错误码是什么狗屁玩意。这****公司赶紧滚去印度吧
