surface键盘又无法识别

我使用的是surface pro 3和4代键盘，已经很久没有出现过无法识别键盘的问题，结果今天出现了。

已经是最新更新，尝试过卸载设备管理器里的键盘然后再重启，无效。

请问是什么问题，该如何解决？
