Requests for a Certification of Tax Residence for 2026 involve official tax-related documentation and, for privacy and compliance reasons, can’t be handled directly in a public forum. These requests need to be reviewed by the appropriate Microsoft Billing or Account Support team for the Microsoft entity that issues your invoices. 

To create a support ticket, please go to the Microsoft 365 admin center. 

-In the bottom‑left corner, select Help & Support to open the Support Assistance panel. 

-In the text box, type “request an agent to contact me via email or phone” and press Enter. 

-At the bottom‑left of the panel, select the blue Contact Support link. 

-Choose your preferred contact method (Email or Phone). 

-Complete the contact form and describe your situation in detail so the support team has enough information to assist you. 

-Select Contact me to submit the request.
