Access Minecraft Launcher > Install > New Install > Install version 1.21.7 > Install and follow each step or process:

Note: DDU is a third-party application designed to completely remove and reinstall the GPU driver.

1. After downloading, unzip ddu to a folder.
2. Run the Driver Screen Uninstaller.exe application, select the Model tab and select GPU. After uninstalling the GPU driver, uninstall it for Intel and Nvidia.
3. Select the first option "Clean and Restart" and wait for the process to complete.
4. After running DDU, install the driver. :

Open command prompt (as administrator) and run commands: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, wait for the process to complete and reboot computer.

Then perform a clean boot and, if desired, uninstall unused applications.
