Здравствуйте.

Проверьте те следующее:

Откройте папку c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
В данной папке дважды щелкните на файле hosts

3. При появлении предложения о выборе программы для открытия файла выберите приложение «Блокнот». В результате Вы увидите содержимое файла hosts в виде текста.

Скопируйте весь текст и вставьте в Ваше ответное сообщение.

А объясните мне, как и что тут удалить, тоже попалась((( в компьютере не очень, поэтому, если можно поподробнее.

в чём моя проблема: 14 ноября скачала my guests, поняла, что что-то не то качнула) на комп программа вирус не занесла, а в контакт зайти не могу, касперский пишет что троян-можно как-то это исправить без переустановки windows? Скачала новый браузер-через него тоже не заходит(
