I will walk through a few steps with you. Some of these are just to help figure out what is wrong, not to fix it right away. So if nothing changes after a step, that is normal. I will keep going until we solve it.

If you are seeking help for Classic Outlook, see below:

In Classic Outlook, you can enable “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” under the account's advanced settings.

Open Outlook and click File → Account Settings → Account Settings.

Under the Email tab, select your Terra email account and click Change.

Click More Settings.

Open the Outgoing Server tab.

Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.

Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server.

1. Click OK → Next → Finish and test sending an email.

If you cannot find Change or More Settings, tell me which screen appears after you select your Terra account. The newer account setup interface may require a different route.
